Appliance Removal FAQ
Straight answers for planning a San Jose pickup.
Most conversations begin with the appliance type and access. Mention connections, stairs, elevators, tight turns, parking, and anything damaged, leaking, built in, or unusually heavy.
What should I have ready when I call?
The appliance type and count, photos if available, connection status, pickup city, floor level, stairs or elevator details, and your preferred timing.
Does the crew disconnect appliances?
Do not assume disconnection is included. Explain the connection type and confirm who will safely disconnect power, water, drain, vent, or gas before pickup.
Is the price fixed on the website?
No. This site does not publish fixed prices. Quantity, size, condition, access, labor, carrying distance, and loading conditions can affect an estimate.
Can every appliance be taken?
Acceptance must be confirmed. Mention built-in units, commercial equipment, leaks, spoiled contents, refrigerants, damage, or unusually heavy items.
Does a call confirm the appointment?
No. A pickup exists only after the operator confirms acceptance, scope, estimate, timing, and terms directly.
